Two sisters with a history of possessing and selling drugs in Cayuga County were sentenced to prison Thursday, but only one will serve her time at a drug treatment center. On October 13th, Cheryl and Shaunna Oliver both appeared in Cayuga County criminal court before Judge Thomas Leone.
